What to wear ?
Any standard sports outfit will do (leggins, shorts, T-shirts, tank tops etc.). Proper and clean running shoes are important, in order to best preserve your back and joints. A suitable sports bra is highly recommended for your own comfort. You might also want to bring a bottle of water and a towel for your well-being.
